Castingsfile.com up-dates are copyright of both us and the production company or casting director who give the information to us on the understanding it is for our subscribers only. It is a condition of your subscription that you do not make castingsfile.com up-dates available to any third party, in full or in part, or re-print or re-distribute, or cause it to be so, in any form whether or not for gain. This includes sharing online and/or with your agent or manager.

The professional reputation of castingsfile.com is dependant on the quality of replies a casting director or production company receives from our subscribers. Please ensure that you take great care and consideration in making applications by ensuring that you fully comply with the casting brief and make your application in accordance with the brief, paying particular attention to any application deadline dates/times.

Castingsfile.com reserves the right to terminate the subscription of anyone who fails to observe this. We reserve the right to not send all castings to all subscribers if we feel that a subscriber is not suitable for the role.

Companies who advertise their requirements via Castingsfile.com are not necessarily known to us, we would suggest that individuals take the greatest of care when attending auditions and obtain professional advice regarding contracts. We accept no responsibility regarding the suitability, integrity or background of companies or individuals who advertise their requirements via our service.

Due to the nature of our service we cannot offer a refund under any circumstances. We reserve the right to not supply the actual contact details of the casting company until full funds are cleared in our bank account. We will supply an email address for you to send your application for the role to us and we will forward it the casting director in the meantime.

We reserve the right to not supply the actual contact details of the casting company without notice or reason.

In this instance we will forward your application to the casting director and they will contact you directly if they wish to audition you. This only happens in rare circumstances where the casting director does not want their contact details to be public.

IMPORTANT: You the customer agree that where castingsfile.com have supplied the required durable information before the service starts and you the consumer agree to the service starting before the end of the usual cancellation period, your cancellation rights will end when performance of the service starts.

In plain English this means that: You can not subscribe and receive the casting call/casting directors contact details...and then cancel and get a refund!

While every attempt is made to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the service we accept no liability for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the service.

It will be assumed that all subscribers will have read, understood and accepted these terms prior to taking out a subscription and  subscribers are responsible to check this website for any updates to these terms and conditions.

The only information we use is your email address to send you castings. Castingsfile.com does not gather card payment details and has no access to them. Paypal - the secure payment facility - processes this for us.

We do not open unsolicited emails with cv's and word documents or images attached.
